Hello Super Hostel

When I arrived there they denied the price which is shown on booking.com. I had a budget double room at $4.48 which should not be more than LKR1400 rupees on 6 Mar 2024. But they claimed LKR 3000 rupees which is around $10. If so, then they shouldn't put the price less on booking.com to bring people to their hostel. Yet, I chose to stay there because I was tried after travelling a long journey and next morning I left. They gave me a room which bed sheets was dirty, found some hair on the pillow and on bed sheets. Definitely someone slept there and they didn't change the bed sheets. Toilet was very nice and clean though.

Couple of hosts were requiring more money for rent than in Booking conformation. Then kicked out because I did not pay extra. In room was no fan and very moisture.

A few rooms in a family place. No fan available. The mattresses were so old and bad. The place was old but clean. Location was perfect. We only stayed here for a night and I’m happy it was only one.

Madam in hostel got me extra money ,more than things was in my email booking And she couldn't not understand English and she couldn't understand what did I say And got me extra money and talk to me rude Room was too small I booked private room But she told me in this night ,another one come to your room also I said I booked private room but she couldn't understand and talk to me angry and rude

Quiet location, comfortable large bed and amazing breakfast! The place is basic but clean and the owners are nice and friendly. The bathroom was large with a good shower.

Nothing fancy but best value for a private room in Ella

Great location, lovely hosts. Room was very basic but in keeping with price. Otherwise clean and comfy.
