Matress/bed in downstairs room a bit noisy, couple of doors either hard to open or didn't close fully. Lane up to house has some very big holes/rocks, careful driving needed

I really loved the location as you can see the sea from the front of the house and mountains at the back. It's a short drive to Newcastle and Annalong, where there is great chippy and a good shop.

The lane up to the house is very difficult as it's a stone lane with holes, its load of navigation to get around, plus you wouldn't need to be in a low suspension car.

Brilliant house for accommodation. Very welcoming and helpful hosts. Everything was really clean and tidy and very comfortable.

Lovely owners couldn't have been more helpful or accommodating. Property is beautiful and really modern while still keeping a farmhouse feel about it. Spotlessly clean and comfortable and way exceeded any expectations I would have had. Plenty of rooms for a larger family to find their own space in if they want a bit of peace and quiet. Every window has a picture view of either the mountains or the sea. We have stayed in a lot of places but this is definitely now my favourite. We didn't want to leave.

A gorgeous cottage in a beautiful location. The cottage was very spacious, comfortable and equipped with everything you could need. Lisa and Mark are lovely hosts.

The lane up the cottage isn't great and has quite a few potholes. just be careful when you driving and you'll be fine.

5 star cottage Perfect for the family
