"Good but some changes"

Location was very beautiful with views and quiet. Very comfortable. River Esk view and Steam train seen easily from window views. Would love to stay here in summer. This is an easy 10 out of 10.

Not a dislike.. more of possible possible changes. 1. Windows down stairs need to be changed to double glaze. ( or short term 4" longer curtains so can tuck behind radiator to keep heat in from radiator under window) large stone chip in window. 2. Bath tap needs replacing, At moment not child friendly as too hot. Shower ok. 3. TV too complicated and bad signal, making it difficult to get news and watch films as signal drop out and freezing signal. 4 out of 10

"Relaxing weekend with plenty of stunning scenery to be explored"

View from the window of the viaduct stunning. Which you can walk over to Whitby town. Location ideal - supermarket and pubs nearby, several walks can be done around the area.Cottage is well equipped for your stay. Outside seating area aswell.

Great location, bright & fresh

Toilet seat loose, sofa could do with cleaning under the cushions.. This in no way made our stay any less enjoyable

By far one of the best places we have stayed. The location is ideal with a short walk into whitby and the river rightoutside is stunning! My little boy spent hours every morning and evening crabbing and made some lovely friends. The local pub had the best lasange I've ever had. Looking to re book next year and missing it allready! The house was so quiet and homely .

Nothing, think the front door lock is sticking as took us a long time to try lock it but nothing else!
