The property is in a good location and it had all the amenities that we needed. We were looking for a home from home experience and we certainly got that.

No wardrobe hanging space. The kitchen cupboards are very high (I'm under 5 ft), so a little fold out step stool would have been nice. We would have liked to sit outside but the seating cushions were all dirty.

"Bexhill getaway"

Plenty of room, lovely Edwardian building. Quiet and peaceful neighbourhood. Nice garden but neglected.

No PAT labels on any electrical appliances. Neither bedside lamps in first bedroom worked. One of has a broken lamp holder exposing mains connections. The rug in the first bedroom rides up creating a trip hazard. Hot water tap in kitchen trickles out.

"Pleasant, good for what we needed"

There was lots of space, it was useful to have a garden for the dogs, the kitchen was well stocked and there are TVs in bedrooms which was nice.

Small things would really improve a stay at this property: - having some handwash soap. There was the tiniest watery bit left in the bathroom but not enough for 4 adults and none in the kitchen. - sort out the squeak in the bed in the bigger bedroom; every time we moved it squeaked. - have some matching cups/glasses and some pasta bowls - it was so random - please mention in the blurb that there is a dog fee of £35 for the stay. This was an additional cost that I was not aware of when I booked. - parking is an issue as you have to move your car every 2 hours unless you pay all day for a car park.

The location was ideal

The rugs in the flat were rucked up and a trip hazard. The shower cutain was stained and needs replacing. There is a musty smell of damp.
