The property is located in a very tranquil and beautiful setting

Sweet little cottage

Quirky property set on the banks of the river so a lovely outlook at the back. Well equipped kitchen and comfortable living room. A large cupboard with games, dvds and board games. An old characterful house. We felt at home and had chilled evenings after exploring the local area. Easy to get to Powderham Castle, Tiverton Castle, Knightshayes, Lanhydrock for example.

Shower/en suite a little tired but everything worked. The patio furniture needed a clean but we would only have been able to use it on the first day anyway due to the rain so it wasn't a huge issue.

Cottage was just as described. Lovely and cool in the hot summer heat! Right on the river with a lovely view from the rear. Cottage was well equipment with plenty of parking. Owners were friendly and helpful with a lovely friendly dog.

A bit noisy at the front due to main road, however would definitely stay there again!

Easy to find, in a beautiful spot. Friendly owners (and dog) Very clean and tidy, has everything you need as well as lots of movie choices which we liked

We loved the cottage, beautiful setting peaceful too. The road a little busy. And free parking. Easy reach to both Exeter and Tiverton. And the fisherman's Cot across the road perfect for a your meals if you dont want to cook.

We have now complaints

Lovely property in a nice location. Beautiful garden to sit out in with stunning views. The annex had everything we needed and a super comfy bed .

The road was a little noisy but the peaceful setting to the other side of the annex more than made up for this.

Very well equipped, comfortable and clean.

Quite noisy at night due main to road being so close.

This accommodation was fantastic and in a beautiful location. The little extras made all the difference and the hosts had thought of everything!
