The Serenity Hotel

Nothing I’ve requested a refund as the hotel was shut down and has been for months. We did not know this and still got charged….

The fact it is shut down and we couldn’t stay here despite being allowed to book it? Still waiting on a refund.

Scam alert from booking.com avoid booking this place, me and my partner booked this hotel last week to stay Saturday got there and was all boarded up absolutely shocking and disgusting why is this still on the site apparently it’s been shut months took our money and wasted all our day trying to stop somewhere else and talking to booking.com who arnt bothered

How you advertise a hotel that closed down months ago, and still take people's money only 5 days ago

Did not stay at this hotel, they cancelled it even though I paid in full back in January, without telling you what a joke 😒

How can booking .com rate sierenty hotel a 3star when the place is more like a hostel with people smoking drugs and making lots of noise and is filthy. I'm disgusted with booking .com as the hotel is nothing like the photos.

It was closed and the owner didn't confirm this by email until the day after I had been due to stay.

it was closed and had been for sometime please don't book here you'll be very disappointed

The bed was comfortable, easy nights sleep. Room was cosy and all facilities were clean and tidy.
