The pool and general ambience was good . Staff were amazing

There was no electricity during most of of our stay , gen set had no fuel so we had to stay in the dark , no ac it was hectic

There is no value for the price, the staff's service is lacking in professionalism, the food is basic and substandard. In one word - disappointment!

The property is located right next to the beach and access was good. The rooms were clean and comfortable with clean linen

1. There was a power issue when we arrived to join our family friends so we checked in to pretty hot rooms 2. The pool had also just been treated so we couldn’t swim to cool off although we were given an alternative which was not ideal 3. The food portions are extremely small (even the children did not get full) making us have to order ala carte and pay extra despite having been booked and paid for a full board 4. The staff were not friendly either and are poorly trained to handle issues making decision making quite lengthy and acrimonious 5. Despite having a menu, we were only given two options from which we could order and the portions were still quite small

The waiters and waitresses were amazing. Food was tasty too. Big beds. Cleanliness.

What a safety hazard! Electricity kept blowing up things!Slept in darkness for a night! the receptionist kept giving confusing information, quite unprofessional and lacking customer care skills. A scam when it comes to food. Don’t fall for the full board thing, it’s a scam, you will get super small portions esp for the proteins and fries! Despite the food being tasty. Basically, NOT value for money!
