YU Resort

I had a truly amazing experience at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, the staff were warm, professional, and incredibly attentive. The room was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The breakfast buffet was delicious with a great variety of options. One of the highlights of my trip was the special excursion to Shale Island – it was breathtaking and perfectly organized by the hotel. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for luxury, comfort, and exceptional service.

The staff were very friendly and courteous. I felt very comfortable and everything was very relaxed. I will definitely be back for a longer stay.

The property is new and clean and has amazing views, I recommended upgrading to the beach front rooms

The downfall of this property is that it’s far from some of the things we wanted to do such as jet skis. But this will not deter me from retuning next year 😎

Friendly staff

All the glitches. Two out of six rooms held by our group did not have a working air con the first night. Three rooms had leaking basins, Food options were few and service in the restaurant appeared chaotic. Drinks were very expensive. They ran out of coffee during breakfast day one and the same happened for certain soda and beer types during our last days

Clean and comfy hotel in city centre. We had a wonderful stay in charming Yu resort. Very clean & lots of space. Wonderful breakfast with a choice for every diet. very kind staff especially *Beka* the waitre filled our hearts. Beka was so attentive to our needs, always checking on us to see if we needed anything, your smile was so welcoming, "you had agreat personality." Thank you for making us feel at home. We would definitely stay there again.

No water heater in the rooms, few games & children's weren't thought about at all, ( no swimming pool for them, no games for them). And swimming pool has stares which kept on bringing cuts on my body. After paying for full board again drinks were paid for differently and very expensive it really hit me down coz you didn't explain it on ur website. The hotel has a shuttle however you don't use it to pick up guests but for personal use then you end up sending us wired taxi drivers very expensive for a short distance...that was mean & no value for money at all.

- Rooms are not well designed - The fridge was placed right at my head near the bed. I heard its humming very well. - We had a plumbing issue - the water was leaking to the room, the manager said they didn't know about the problem (lie), they fixed it on the spot but it took a long time and they just sealed a hole with silicate glue, the smell was horrible in the room. - The food is just horrible, can't eat anything there. Our order for eggs didn't arrived. Also it looked like there wasn't enough food. But the cost - wow, where did all that money go? - They don't have a generator, we were out of power for the whole day at New Year Eve! They switched it on after 9pm. - AC in the room switches on and off all the time. - We saw the cleaner that washed around swimming pool was using liquid soap to wash inside of the swimming pool. I won't trust its waters. - The beach is mostly inaccessible because of harassing locals. There are some aggressive wild dogs nearby. Be careful especially in case you arrive with a dog. - In between rooms you have a door leading to a stranger's room with a window on very top of it. You can see the lights and shadows on the ceiling.

The place is perfect, with the potential to be a world-class tourist destination. It is new. Everything is still fresh.

Staff is also new and therefore need training here and there. They are very lovely, though.
