Needed to be cleaned better

The facilities linen etc were spotlessly clean

The outside space was disgusting very small damp walls covered in algae and slime and impossible to sit in or let the dog out

Parking was provided. Kitchen was good.

Bed linen for sofa bed was damp, stained and had dirty marks on them. We did not feel comfortable using it. Pillows were very flat. On the main bed, two pillowcases were stained, and one pillowcase was so wrinkled it clearly hasn't been laundered for some time. The place needs a thorough deep clean, the place was full of spiders webs. The teatowel was stained. The washing up brush was full of black dirt.

The decor was nice, location was good easy travelling to local attractions. Good parking. Cleanliness was very good.

It is located in a nice area with a few pubs. There is a nice quiet atmosphere.

This stay was disappointing. I truly believe the place was not cleaned before our arrival as there were hairs on most surfaces, dust buildups, the towels had an unpleasant smell, spiders and spiderwebs were everywhere, and the bedsheets were dirty and looked as if they hadn’t been changed. If that wasn’t enough, the sink was all stained, the shower was dirty, and the fridge was dripping water and had mold inside - we spent an undesirable amount of time cleaning a place that cost around £150 per night. Looking at previous reviews, I can see these problems have already been brought to the attention of the owner, but snarky and unprofessional replies were made instead of acknowledging and fixing these problems. This place has potential, but I would not recommend staying here unless it is seriously cleaned.

Wayne was a great host with a warm welcome and good communication. Great location. Accommodation was comfortable and had everything we needed.

Kitchen sink and drainer was a little dirty and some of the crockery.
