Central Birmingham 2 Bed with Balcony and City Views

The bedrooms, living room and balcony were perfect for the stay and meant we were very comfortable throughout our stay.

Location was perfect and the room was spotless and was exactly what we paid for.

Had every thing need for one night stay

It was a bit dirty and run down needed a freshen up it was also so noisy

DO NOT BOOK!

There was mould in the shower which is a major health and safety hazard and as someone that suffers with asthma I could not stay here, the main bathroom was not even done and couldn’t be used. There was graffiti on the walls and scratches on the paint, there were no towels. The location of the lockbox was dangerous.

Good Location and good space

Dirty bathroom (mould and scum and old hair!!) no hand soap in kitchen or bathroom, no kitchen towels or hand towels, only en suite bathroom in one room was available, meaning everyone had to go in that one bathroom (we were not told this before arrival) and a single roll of toilet paper was left for use - no spare! One of the twin beds looked slept in :/

Location was very convenient

one of the bathrooms was out of order resulting in guests having to enter other guests bedroom to use toilet facilities. Heating in the Living room was not working parts of the property were very dusty

The communication from the host was good, the apartment was easy to find and it was in a great location for us as we were visiting the Utilita arena.

Unfortunately The bedding was dirty in the master bedroom. Hairs, blood and a big hard to the touch stain on sheets. The bed felt itchy, cheap linen. Although it smelt clean as if it had been washed it was certainly not. The one bathroom that’s located within the master bedroom (the other was closed) was also dirty, hairs on the floor and in the shower) the apartment just felt un clean. It almost feels as though someone lives here when there aren’t any guests. Also the neighbours like to smoke the herbs so it stinks of that most of the time. It’s a shame as if it was clean it would have been a lot more comfortable. Sorry :(
