Beautiful Spacious Ground Floor Newington flat

A proximité des transports (15mn du centre-ville) et des commerces. Le confort du salon et des chambres. Appartement spacieux. Des fournitures présentes (café, lait, gâteaux…)

. L’exiguïté de la douche. Un seul lavabo (dans les toilettes !). Mauvaise évacuation de la douche. . Hotte en panne. . Pas de brosse dans les toilettes. . Mauvaise indication du réseau wifi. . Voisin du dessus bruyant. Bref un rapport qualité-prix insuffisant.

The property was in a great location, residential and more quiet, but around the corner close to groceries, and restaurants and easy walk to royal mile/ and lots of shops. Housekeeping was responsive to our need of glassware since we only had one water/juice glass.

The only surprise was the very tiny bathroom, especially for the size of the home. I expect smaller bathrooms in Europe but this was extremely small. A shelf above the sink could help with toiletries, as there is no place to put your things.

The apartment throughout was exceptional! Very well presented, excellent style, spotlessly clean. Very well designed and an excellent layout. So happy to see traditional features have been kept. Very good supplies eg choose of cereal, teacakes, biscuits, milk, ordinary tea and coffee, and green tea, whole milk and small, sealed oat milk pods for hot drinks, even bread! A choice of shower and hair washing supplies. And only 25 minutes walk to the Royal Mile! Just brilliant in every way!

It would have been nice to have a hand towels in the kitchen and a battery in the kitchen click and the time correct.

La localisation est excellente avec de bons restos et cafés à proximité. L'appartement a un charme victorien.

L'entretien laisse a désirer. La douche a un débit très faible et son drain presque bouché. Nous avons dû subir une coupure d'eau pendant 2 heures un matin sans dédommagement. L'équipement pour la cuisine était minimal avec un seul verre pour voir de l'eau. Les pratiques de dépôt entraînent des frais de changes inutiles.

Such a spacious apartment in a great location absolutely perfect for the family

the property has ; Refrigerator,stove top,oven,condiments is available if u cook,washing machine,utensils,heater,Tv has Netflix and amazon prime to watch and other channels,huge back yard to relax,2 separate bedrooms,spacious living room,complementary chocolates and hot drinks,bed is comfy and warm blankets,staff is quick to response and welcoming,bus stop #33,38 is in front of the apartment goes direct to old town,quite neighborhood,grocery 3mins away ,wifi is great extremely fast.

We been traveling the world and doing vlog reviews of each apartment we stays and this is the only apartment that we experienced that very spacious has large space over all that has 2 separate bedrooms w/ a backyard..Its old but well maintain although there are few dust every corner.The bed is low and there is no curtain in the living room if you wanted to have romance 😂😂 or if u walk naked
