Beautiful Spacious Ground Floor Newington flat

Perfect location

Well laid out and comfortable. Being able to spread out in the evenings and make our own breakfast was very helpful on our long trip.

We know UK bathrooms are always small but did not expect showering in essentially a closet and needing to leave the shower room to dry off and dress. Time for a new mattress in the large bed.

Lovely, spacious, clean, well presented property in a great location. Host was very responsive and instructions etc clear and timely.

The house overall comfortable, clean and cute. The location was very nice, in a quiet street, but close enough to the centre. Lots of places to eat in the area. The bedrooms were spacious and the beds were comfortable. We didn't use it, but it has a beautiful space outside, nice for summer nights!

The bathroom was very tiny, not enough space to move around comfortably. The water pressure in the shower was weak and the drainage was slow.

The location was great. The flat had lots of space for four of us to spread out. Everything was clean and instructions and communication were timely and clear.

The apartment was just what we needed. It was all on the ground floor, with easy access to the shower and toilet, which made it manageable for my disabled Father. It was very comfortable, and well maintained. Bus stop really close by.

It would have been easier if there was a printed instruction regarding the heating.

The property was very nice, clean and comfy. Check-in was easy and we had good walking access (around 20 mins) to lots of Fringe venues at Pleasance Court, Surgeons Hall, St Georges Sq etc. The property had lovely high ceilings and plenty of floor space in the bedrooms and reception room. The central heating was great and heated up fast when we needed it, and the power shower was perfectly OK. The beds were very comfy and it was really nice having a washing machine, oven, hob, microwave, toaster etc. The local area was good with easy access to Holyrood Park and a number of convenience stores and eateries. All in all a great base for a great week.

The galley kitchen was a little small but was fine for 1 person at a time. As everywhere in Edinburgh for the Fringe it is not cheap, but compares well with other properties.

Very spacious flat. Excellent public transport links.

No sink in the shower room.
