Lakefront Getaway in Rotorua

Great location and updated kitchen and bathrooms, living area is nice, inside of house was neat and clean.

Outside garden & lawns very untidy, the old cracked "hot tub" in broken down shed was not as expected, the deck is very run down and missing the furniture in the photos, no flywire screens so couldn't open windows to cool down due to lake midges, bed in main bedroom very hard/lumpy/uncomfortable, disappointed the property was not in the same condition as in the photos.

Not nearly enough cutlery or plates to accommodate the number of people. Lots of issues trying to get washing done and dried. Workmen in the yard first 2 days that we had to ask to be stopped.

Great location, house was comfortable and in good condition and everything was clean.

Spa area was a little run down.

The location is good, convenient and quiet. However, the house need to be more private. The fence are fell down, we planted to hv some spa outside. But the neighbors are there. The view are perfect, but need to tidy up for all around the garden. We can't open the window and door when it get dark as the fly will in and that a bit weird. The only activity is indoor, but there is lake front. What you need to with this incredible view. And it hot! When you get the advice from landlord to keep the windows and door close. Anyway, it not worth it for how much I spend in Rotorua. Recomment it don't need to spend that much money stay in lakefront. The room design a bit weird. Many beds but not lovely to stay.
