Location is very close to the ghats and Kashi Vishwanath temple.

Internet connection was disconnecting frequently.

The location is very close to the main ghats, walkable distance. The property is very clean, a palace touch interior. Ashish and Anshu are very helpful and kind, guided us and arranged for boat ride

They cancelled the booking last minutes after confirming

I had to make The clean The bathroom. In The backroom where i borrowed The bathroom , there was no soap. It worries me that staff don’t use soap. They smoked in the hallway so I got cigarette smell inside . It was surely fine , but too expensive - excluding breakfast .the pics are misleading . The location was good. The staff was helpful and cleaned the room etc when I asked them, but it shouldn’t be necessary..

The service and the staff are very excellent

The location's good, the room was big and the bathroom clean and everything worked well. We stayed on two separate occasions. Both rooms were nice. Some don't have as much light but we did because we had rooms with a balcony. The staff were all very friendly and always helpful. I liked the style of the furniture, lightening and the fridge was a good bonus. The hot shower worked well!

There was a festival outside on our first 2 nights, it was crazy loud but that wasn't the hotels fault. This property is honestly the best you'll find around here.
