Captain Villa Heritage House

I liked the property nearest to ghaat but very inside from mainroad. But anshu arranged pickup cycle rickshaw for pickup. Hospitality was amazing. Manager anshu all credit goes to the guy very humble and helpful. He areanged everything food chaats. Aarti darshan boats and mandir darshan too. Infact he went with us too so we don't get lost in city and crowd. 5 star for his hospitality and help. I would love to visit again and stay at same property.

Location was amazing, Ashish and his team did all and more to meet our wants and needs. My daughter and I really enjoyed our stay there and would definitely recommend Captain Villia.

Bathroom fixtures could be improved

It is a very nice and modern Hotel, in a quiet place .Friendly and helpfull staff. Nice hot showers. We will recommend this Hotel. Erik and Annette

Everything was nice

Location was near to the Ghat. Front office Aashish was very helpful in assisting us to get to places, buying food, medicines, etc. very friendly. We were able watch Amazon Prime

Room could have been little bigger

Nothing basically the rooms were too small and water issues in the bathroom. The electric kettle was not clean and foul odor of previous food was coming.
