Hunters Quay Holiday Village

When we arrived the caravan was very poor and not up to platinum standard. We asked to move and got a much better platinum caravan which improved the holiday

First caravan was dirty, stunk of dog really badly, two broken blinds, curtains off rail, pouffe lid broken, furniture all grubby and stained and sofa bed in livingroom very uncomfortable to sit on

Where I was in Jura village was excellent, accommodation was clean,fresh and the scenery is to die for.

I asked if the chef could do breadcrumb fish rather than battered to be told No !!! Not impressed because families who have older relations with no teeth struggle sometimes with the batter.. wouldn't be hard to offer both as an option. Just saying. Also the road up to camas woods numbers 20+ is horrendous for people's cars/ tyres that should be a priority....

Clean comfortable and good amenities / entertainment / food & staff friendly & helpful.

It would have been helpful to know in advance that accommodation was on a very steep hill. We managed having decided to leave car beforehand but carrying bags still an effort without major mobility issues or young kids and pushchairs etc.
