Newly Renovated Guest Rooms near Transportation

Staff was very helpful, it was clean and close to transportation.

They wanted more for deposit than I was paying for my whole stay. But they did accept half to help me out.

Location was great. Lots of shops nearby. Train/bus conncetions nearby. I stayed there on a Friday and it was reasonably quiet.

Room was tiny (10x10ft), and mostly filled out by a queen bed. Room had no windows. No parking included. Property conveniently forgot to mention that the bathroom was a SHARED bathroom. That's a big difference. Especially at this price point (>$100/night), you get much better value elsewhere in Philadelphia. Near the airport you can stay at a hotel for $86 a night, get a 300 sq ft room (3x the size!), and have your own bathroom and parking. While nothing was really awful here, it's just not good value for your money.

Very clean. Pleasant staff. Management was prompt and courteous.

Se suponía que había cocina y al llegar solamente funcionaba el microondas. Había un olor súper fuerte a orina. Las camas eran demasiado suaves incomodas, todos nos despertamos con dolor de espalda

Une quantité de saleté impressionnante, le wifi ne marche pas , la chambre est sale avec les toilettes et la cuisine j’ai tout les photos , il vaut mieux dormir dehors et pas dans ce logement , même la porte de la chambre est cassé . 0 sécurité 0 propreté 0 entretien J’étais obligé de quitter le logement sans remboursement du coup on peut dire que c’est de l’arnaque .
