The lady who runs this place is Ms Adedayo and she seems to think it's ok to cancel a customer's booking and not refund their money. This lady cancelled my booking 15 minutes after I booked via booking.com and refuses to co-operate with booking.com to authorise a refund. I am a 67 year old with health problems, my friend spoke to Ms Adeayo and was told "we don't bother checking emails" and previously I was told " we are too busy to do a refund". How on earth did an establishment like this get onto booking.com, you have to wonder about their vetting process. Luckiliy I paid by card and a chargeback is under way. Appalling establishment. AVOID AVOID AVOID

I don't liek people who try to steal my money. You won't get away it Ms Adedayo. And with regard to booking.com they seem to have no interest in helping customers who are ripped off by hotels taking bookings and then not providing a room.

The day when I was living in the place

The owner is a liar. After I transferred the money, they demanded an additional £30 key deposit which was never returned, and they are now ignoring all my messages and calls. The property itself was filthy; the bed was disgusting, and the garden was littered with empty vodka bottles and drug baggies. To make matters worse, the bathroom was completely inaccessible in the morning because other tenants were using it to socialize with friends. When we arrived, the driveway was completely blocked with cars, and the entire house smelled like a dump. Do not stay here.

How our booking was cancelled with no real reason and bad communication.

I rented a single room for a friend for 2 nights as he was carrying out some work on my home. The first night there he said there was screaming and shouting in another room in the house for over an hour! Room was clean enough. And ok value for money.

I had to IMMEDIATELY leave a £30 key deposit. When my friend checked out he left the key in the security box as instructed. I sent my bank details for a refund on my £30 and as of 10pm despite promises of a payment I have not had a refund! Personally I would avoid this place as the owner is DISHONEST!! Other people have left the £30 and never got it back?? It is an extra scam to extort an extra £30 out of people they think they will never see again! Luckily I only live 2 miles away and if I do not get a refund will sit outside and meet this scammer face to face and believe me I will get my money back!!!!!!!

The owner does not pay Deposit Back!! Promised to pay back the £30 via bank transfer after your stay completed, I texted, phoned and left messages on booking.com But still after many many days no response and just get dismissed, no response back, just yeah yeah Ile pay, and they have not paid the £30 back! I’m very annoyed of disrespectfulness shown of not paying the money back as promised! If you don’t pay £30 you don’t get keys from key safe ! Don’t pay Deposit Back!! Be AWARE !

Not shown on the description or photos that is a shared facility. Toilet don’t lock doors are bad and hard to close shut. Door handles falling out. Above all was e requests of security deposit that had not been return. Property owner doesn’t answer calls or messages. Bad bad business.
