The property is cozy but the windows are terrible. Someone can see through the window from outside even with the blinds

The property itself is not bad, but the management is terrible. I was left waiting in the rain for over five minutes before I was allowed access to the house. The property owner insisted that I pay a £30 security deposit directly to her personal bank account before entering. I felt very uncomfortable during this process. However, after a phone call with her, she reconsidered and finally let me into the property. After paying the deposit, I had to call her repeatedly the following day to get my deposit returned. If you're looking for comfort, I would suggest avoiding this property.

I am writing to formally express my disappointment regarding my recent stay at an apartment in Chatham. Unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory and fell well below acceptable standards for customer service and professionalism. The most concerning aspect of my stay was the extremely rude and unprofessional manner in which the woman in charge addressed me and other customers over the phone. Her tone was dismissive, confrontational, and completely lacking in courtesy or respect. As a paying guest, I found this behaviour not only unacceptable but also deeply disappointing. Effective communication and a polite, helpful attitude should be the minimum standard for anyone in a customer-facing role. I believe no guest should be subjected to such treatment, and I urge you to look into this matter seriously. I would also appreciate it if you could advise on what steps will be taken to ensure future guests are treated with the dignity and respect they deserve.

NIETS !!!

ALLES !! Varierend van de verhuurster en haar gedrag. Tot sloten op de deuren, meerdere kamers, camera's op de gangen, geen woonkamer, slechte buurt, 1 badkamer voor allen, 1 toilet B.G. voor allen, enz. Maar ook het moeten betalen van Pnds. 30,-- per kamer voor de sleutel; restitutie bij vertrek. Echter, wij moesten met de boot mee de volgende dag; mevrouw was niet van plan om vroeg te komen voor terugbetaling. enz. enz. enz. Een horror-accomodatie wat ons vieren betreft. Wij zijn weggegaan, geen geld teruggekregen en zijn op het laatste moment naar een andere/betere accomodatie gegaan. Het huis was te onaangenaam om te blijven.

I asked before booking to allow my freind who was a guest for 2 hours,he said yes to me,after ai reach his place after 1.5 hours drive ,he told he can’t let my freind in,so we boyh couldn’t stay in his place ,but charged the full amount, He charged the full amount even If I didn’t stay in his place,
