"Hidden comfort in Chatham."

A very nice and comfortable place. Well decorated, homely and well equipped kitchen to cook and make a perfect breakfast. My room is well ventilated with adequate lighting, WiFi working without any disruption and the environment ambience is calm and super relaxing. Looking forward to book the place in future.

Lateness in paying back my deposit fo the key loss.

The property is cozy but the windows are terrible. Someone can see through the window from outside even with the blinds

The property itself is not bad, but the management is terrible. I was left waiting in the rain for over five minutes before I was allowed access to the house. The property owner insisted that I pay a £30 security deposit directly to her personal bank account before entering. I felt very uncomfortable during this process. However, after a phone call with her, she reconsidered and finally let me into the property. After paying the deposit, I had to call her repeatedly the following day to get my deposit returned. If you're looking for comfort, I would suggest avoiding this property.
