Coach House Cottage

It was immaculate, comfortable and high end with everything you need.

Location next to Cleveland way fantastic especially if you have dogs. And only short walk to beach. Set up of house brillant.

Great location, cottage had everything we need, attached to the pub, which did lovely evening meals. Weather was good, so got to do some fantastic walks in the area and along the coastline.

Runswick Bay is a fantastic tranquil location. The Coach House Cottage was just brilliant, loads of room and in an ideal spot. 100% would book again if in the area.

Bed mattresses were the only downside for me but appreicate that it is a personal thing. I would still visit the proprty again 100%

Although the two double beds are comfortable they’re only standard sizes… king size or (even better) super king size would be a huge improvement.

Good location and spacious property.

Could do with modernising a little in some rooms. Shower upstairs wasn’t working properly and was burning hot or cold, not in between. Little touches like proper soap dispensers instead of the cheap soap bottles would make a difference to overall feel. Big bins right in front of the garden could have been behind the fence to again make the experience feel nicer when sat out in the sun.

Lovely place to stay. Clean, comfortable, log fire available for use if required. Great base for visiting many places along the North Yorks coastline

Pristinely clean, very warm and comfortable and exceptionally well equipped.

The view from the front a little disappointing.
