The continental breakfast was great, we enjoyed the Lurpak and different jams. The pain au chocolat were delicious.

We booked a king room (and paid extra) as my husband is 6'3". When we arrived at the hotel we found that we had been given a family room with a double bed. The first night was very uncomfortable as there was no much room. On the second night I ended up sleeping in one of the bunk beds. There was also nowhere to hang clothes. We had to lay them on one of the bunk beds (good job we didn't have kids with us). I messaged the hotel upon our arrival using the contact us form on their website, I also emailed them and messaged them through booking.com. I still have not received a response a week later. I was hoping they would be in touch and would refund the difference in the cost of a double and a king room.

Fantastic location, spotlessly clean. Mini fridge in room which was brilliant to keep our snacks fresh. Breakfast was whenever you wanted it. Nobody bothered us at all. Our shower was leaking the day before we left and they moved us straight away, so professional. We loved every minute

Good self service access, free street parking.

Uncomfortable bed, no mirror in the bedroom to blow dry hair and get ready ready. Only mirror in bathroom. No internet connection on check in, had to contact hosts for a code.

The property is located on a quite street, about 10min walk from The Winter Gardens - this was an ideal distance to walk to and from after a long day of seminars and networking. The shower water was superb!

The heatinng; the room felt cold as the heating was only turned on at specific times. The bedsheets too, perhaps they were more suited for warmer weather than Novemember. It took a while to feel warm in bed.

Absolutely gorgeous property modern, and clean. Lots of breakfast options, cosy room and extremely helpful staff! Really enjoyed it and will defo be back :)

A tiny bit of mould on the shower but can easily be sorted!

Clean, tidy and convenient location to attractions.

It didn’t give the full B&B experience. We checked in via a keypad which was fine but did not see any staff during our trip and we were unaware the breakfast option was self service continental.

Comfy bed and nice decor

No shampoo in the shower just conditioner and shower gel and we had been swimming for 3 hours so really needed the shampoo!
