Great place to stay for the money , good location

The only thing that was tricky was the key box the combination locks are always fiddly to open .

Room was very clean Staff were friendly and polite

Room 3 - radiator coming off the wall and the sink and pedestal weren't secured to the wall. No hot water in the morning unfortunately.

Was clean and comfortable and within walking distance.

No bread or crumpets to make for breakfast for kids the first morning, only cereal which not everyone likes. The milk was out of date and there wasn't any tea or coffee in the breakfast room. There wasn't any complimentary toiletries as advertised when booking.

Fantastic place to stay..not far from the beach etc Comfortably beds..., quiet... spotless...fabulous breakfast..so much on offer for a continental breakfast.. We will definitely be back.. 10/10.. Would definitely recommend 👌
