The room was clean, the breakfast was available at any time, the location was convenient.

The heating did not come on the first night (and it was very cold that night), although it came on the second and third nights. Entrance was difficult for someone with a walking aid (front door up three steps with no handrail and door was extremely heavy to push open). No coffee for breakfast on Sunday, no coffee or fruit juice for breakfast on Monday. No staff around to help or ask. Otherwise it was a nice place to stay.

Location is excellent, close to the centre Breakfast is nice and convenient - continental. You can help yourself whenever you like Bed is comfy Room is clean (we were in room 4) Lovely lounge with some board games available to play Hosts are approachable via WhatsApp and always happy to sort out issues

No blackout blinds and room 4 is overlooking the Main Street with a street lamp so it’s not totally dark in the room at night Heating was coming on randomly but I messaged the hosts and they always put heating on for us in request Room 4 a bit small for a family of 4 in our opinion as we kept bumping into furniture , and not much hanging space for things - some hooks on the wall would be good for coats etc Also no shampoo / body wash in the shower

Well I couldn’t fault the property, my kids on the other hand said the wifi could have been better we was on the top floor signal wasn’t good and the single beds were hard, and a bigger tv 🙈, my double was so comfy,

Breakfast is great, their customer service ladys are great, they always replied to us and made sure we were well settled at all times. Quiet hotel so we felt safe. Will deffo be back again, best hotel in blackpool, we been to about 6 hotels over the years and this one was the best. Great for families. Tv room is beautiful. Felt like at home to be honest. You can see that the owners have love for that hotel, they are not just there to make money.

Theres nothing we didnt like, the only thing i could say is that there was not shower gel at all, but thats down to the housekeeping ladys. And also we were struggling to get in when we arrived but the customer service team helped us with a youtube video so we know how to acess the code machine but that took about an hour for them to send us the link but at least it got resolved. Also the customer service team has provided us with more towels as we needed more but the housekepping ladys have just put them on the floor, they could have put it in a bag.
