Ease of self check in and location

The heating wasn't on in the building and we had no toilet roll on arrival. Once we managed to find a member of staff, they resolved this quickly enough

Very clean and comfortable. Only disappointment was the shower gel, shampoo and conditioner containers in the shower all seemed to be empty, and we didn't see anyone at any point to ask. Great value for money and location

Location and breakfast

No cold water in shower no window covering ie blinds or curtain in shower room just a see through net which building facing could see directly in to shower we couldn't get shower as no cold water

It was easy to find and access, quiet and confortable

I did not see any staff on site. As we did not have any issues it was not important, but if we had problems - there would not be any communication (apart of the phone number provided with booking).

It was a budget b and b, if you consider what we paid it was good., everything was clean, there was a good choice of continental breakfast ,a kettle and tea and coffee in our room.I would stay there again, it had everything you need for an overnight stay , the b and b was completely self serve , eg code for front door, key safe for room , we didn't see any owners or staff at all , but they answered quickly any text messages sent.

Our room was very cold, it is January and the heating must be on a timer, I had to layer up in bed , the mattress on the bed looked quite new and was comfortable, but it didn't have a mattress protector. And there was a blood stain on the throw of one of the beds , ( not on the bed itself )

The location was great. The room was nice, comfy beds, hairdryer and soaps included. Really nice :-)

A hot breakfast would have been nice but we did know before we booked this was the case so were happy with the continental option.
