The facility is beautiful

The staff at the front desk were terrible. We were charge twice for the stay. Keep telling me that we didn't have a registration and I had my confirmation information. Told me to call booking.com they called them as we were on the phone confirming it. They still charged us twice.

"The hotel in general is very good, but the rooms need to be updated."

The location of the hotel is good, close to everything. The pool area is excellent, as is the beach area. The food at the pool is excellent and they have happy hour at the pool bar. The service is excellent.

The rooms are very old, the beds and furniture are super uncomfortable.
