Cozy Homestay Kandy

This little family run homestay was lovely. The owner Jaye could not have done more to make our stay enjoyable. We arrived in the early hours of the morning and Jaye was there to great us with a huge smile and helping hand. The breakfast was delicious too. Lovely huge room with a great view. Amazing bathroom.

Location a little steep to walk to which could make it difficult for people with mobility issues. If you can overcome this, the views are amazing and make up for it

The location was very suitable for my partner and I, just a 15 minute walk to and from the centre of the city (up a very large hill). The room was generally very clean. The property owners provided us a blanket and additional toilet paper upon request.

The shower was a little dirty and we didn’t have working hot water. The toilet pump was leaking. The property itself wasn’t the easiest to find when arriving in the evening. And some people may not find the property very accessible with many steep steps and a inclined path (slippery when wet and no lights in the evening).

Room was confortable clean and modern. The hosts are very nice and attentive

I had some challenges to find the place. Also the location was not as close to the center as i expected. The entrance was very steep but the the host kindly help with my luggage.

Great location, walking distance to everything, clean and comfortable room and friendly host family.

There was loud music playing late into the night from a club in the area. Most likely because I stayed on a Saturday. Obviously not a reflection on the guesthouse itself, but just something to be aware of if you are a light sleeper.

We loved everything about it the property- the location is quiet yet still close to restaurants, Jay and the rest of the family are very very kind and care about the guest’s experience, very nice people. The room was clean and they have a nice breakfast if you’d like Definitely recommend!

Great location - walking distance to the city centre and other must-see sites. Owners super friendly and helpful. Room and amenities in itself were nice and clear. No complaints at all. Nice views from the room as well.

Our room was very nice, as the building is quite new. Very comfortable and clean with all ammenities. Perfect!
