A short walk into Hawkshead makes Walker Ground Manor a convenient and peaceful location. Our room was very comfortable and spacious and included everything we required. Breakfast was excellent with plenty of choice. Sue & Richard are great hosts and couldn't be more helpful.

"Fabulous! Book it!"

Beautiful surroundings. Perfectly decorated, large room and large bathroom with shower and a bath. Lovely views, comfortable bed and gorgeous seating areas. Breakfast was exceptional! And so much choice. Lots of attention to detail. Perfect location just 5 minutes walk into the village which is a lot of pubs and places to eat. And brilliant bus schedules to get anywhere in the lakes.

Excellent room, the breakfast was fab and Sue & Richard were so friendly and couldn't have done anymore to make our stay so special. The breakfast and top up ordering made everything so easy.
