LOCATION! couldn’t have been better, this was breathtaking and just as in the pictures provided. Windows opened

Shower was a mission to work out (for international guests I now know). Definitely 3pm check in, if you arrive early and need to check your bags somewhere we did from the train station near the fat badger. £40 for two cases. There is a washing machine but no dryer.

Cute cottage in great location - very close to York Minster, making popping in for multiple visits very convenient. Very tidy, well appointed accommodation with all the usual amenities. Close to city centre and the Shambles. Highly recommend if visiting York for a short stay - or longer.

The bathroom really needs an update and lets the property down

Loved the location and the peace and quiet. Wouldn't hesitate to return.

The foliage in the gardens could do with being cut back slightly, but it was still beautiful.

Great location, excellent kitchen facilities, lovely gardens

Ground floor musty and smelly. Cleaners left empty beer bottles and laundry in the property. Bathroom needs attention. Bed hard, like a rock. Bedroom needs better furniture.

Great location. It had all the comfort of home such a beautiful place. We'll definitely come here again
