The apartment was very clean and modern and the host met us in person to walk us through its features. It had a large tv, nice bathroom, small kitchen with enough equipment to cook ourselves meals, and a comfy bed.

Though there is free parking, it's in a nearby public parking lot shared with other tourists and residents. It's a complicated setup involving finding a spot, meeting the host to get his parking pass, then losing your spot and having to find one again to then park in the same lot with his pass. Keep this in mind if driving down during high season. Also, the room is on the 6th floor and there are no elevators, so it would be challenging for some people to get in and out. The host does offer to bring up your luggage though.

Host was fantastic. Darko met us at the property and helped us carry our luggage up 6 flights of stairs. Incredible location near old town and wonderful balcony. Darko also gave us a card for the parking lot 1 block over.

Parking. This is not the host's fault. It is just Split. When you first come. We recommend driving down the dead-end street that the building is on and meet Darko. You can off load your luggage and check in. You will have to make a tight U-turn at the end of the street to go out. Guests must get the parking card from Darko to tap into the parking lot. Then find a parking space. When exiting, you must use the card to tap out. The final time, you have to tap to leave and then return the card to Darko's mailbox in the lobby of the building.

Sehr gute Lage (200 m in die Altstadt, 500 m Busterminal) Gutes Restaurant und zwei kleine Supermärkte in der Nähe Direkte Kommunikation bei Bezug des Appartements

Man sollte bei der Buchung beachten, dass das Appartement im 5 Geschoss liegt und nur über Treppen erreichbar ist. Dafür wird man mit der Aussicht auf die Stadt belohnt. Ein paar wenig Basic in der Küche wären ganz gut - Salz, Pfeffer, Essig, Öl würden helfen.
