large room with comfortable beds and two large chairs. Very friendly and helpful host. Great cooked breakfast. Very close to station and city centre.

Shower very noisy.

I liked the warm welcome and helpful host. The bed was warm and comfortable and the ensuite was clean and plenty of towels. I liked the facilities, tea, coffee, soup, hairdryer and on every landing there was an iron and board. Plenty of plug sockets for charging. A decent TV with Freeview and a WiFi password was provided.

The WiFi was very light capacity and not suitable for meetings, presentations or video conferences.

Small rooms, no cleaners, shower not efficient

Host and breakfast were excellent, property perhaps in need of a little TLC. Will stay again if the opportunity arises.

Whatever was lacking in the property was overshadowed by the excellent location and the great staff reception.
