Cabañas Playa Condesa

There is an older gentleman who works at the front desk and he is absolutely lovely. He let us check out late with no charge and was very friendly. This hotel is also close to a non-busy beach.

This is the most uncomfortable stay I have ever had. Our room was awful. They have fans but they didn’t work and it felt suffocating at night. Our room was extremely basic—more so than a hostel. There wasn’t even a nightstand or a lamp in the bedroom. The hotel also has absolutely no facilities unlike other hotels in the area.

Located in the national park so you will have to pay to enter the park. Near a lovely beach ( the hotel has rocks in front) quiet nights.

It took long to get past the ticket office of the park. Restaurant closed. Bar closed. Shop closed( at 9 pm) dark room, bad illumination

Location (beach) was very good. The man who stays 24 hours at the property has an incredible customer service.

You need to announce in advance that you want room service. And room service doesn’t mean cleaning the toilet or shower, rather only changing bed sheets. Also the pool was completely dirty with a green layer of algae , meaning it was also not clean for some weeks or months. not as in the pictures.

The view was the highlight of the room, beach front with individual patio, where you can enjoy the sunrise. you can even enjoy the view from the bed. above the room, the pool with another gorgeous view on the beach and a relaxation area.

Besides from the view, the hotel is ok but nothing more, it was pretty clean but they forgot to clean my room the first day. the water wasn't warm, so it was a bit difficult to enjoy the shower.

Very beautiful location

Staff were generally apathetic and there were very few amenities. Drinking water was not even provided

It’s located at the beginning of the beach, 30 minute walk from the ruins.

They close the restaurant at 5PM, the jacuzzi was not really welcoming.
