Absolutely stunning views and location! Beautiful surroundings! The pool views are gorgeous!

The small room and the lack of hot water really encourage you to spend more time outside which is the main purpose of a vacation. So we took the negative and turned it to positive. There is actually hot water once a day, so it’s really ok. They do need to provide covers for the bathroom drains cause the smell is on the stronger side!

Overpriced. No Air conditioning, the room was unbearably hot for sleeping. Had to ask for hot water to shower, took awhile to heat, shower kept not working. Very little water pressure for showers Constant powercuts Rooms very dark and small. Too expensive for what you got. No atmosphere compared with hotels on either side of the hotel. No room cleaning services. Felt like begging going to ask at reception constantly for everything.

Amaizing beach! Probably the best in yucatan ! The place is really gorgeus. I would absolutely recommend.

You have to know that all you get is a small room. Be prepared with having some snacks and drinks. There is nothing near except very espensive hotels. Absolutely recomend for a night or two.

Super characteristic facilities and location close to one of the main beach (Playa Paraiso) as well as directly on the sea. Also possibility for swimming pool and jacuzzi

I booked a two bedroom and hiked to this hotel, when I got there the room was only one bed and was not suitable. We could not stay but I was still charged. I only booked this took an hour ahead and they need to reimburse me.

Charged me for a room that they didn’t have.
