Cabañas Playa Condesa

It was very serene and beautiful, beautiful views of the water, an intimate setting with the rooms, very traditional, with thatched roofs and doors made out of an entanglement of vines, which was very artistic. The staff was accommodating.

One thing that we did not know before hand, you have to pay 120 pesos per day because you are in an archaeological park, and the traffic getting there was frustrating to say the least, long lines, and had we known about it, we could have Planned our schedule accordingly, but it took approximately 30 minutes to go a half a mile just to get into the park, but this is no reflection at all on the facility or the staff

Beautiful location, right on the beach

Rooms were dingy, stuffy and small. Staff were nice and responsive when asked, but services that should have been included for the price shouldn’t have needed asking for - like emptying garbage bins and providing drinking water As other reviews have said, restaurant hours are very limited. But don’t bother, there are lots of better places to eat close by. Also if you ask, some refund of national park entry (not the full price) available when settling invoice on check out.

Very easy to find and not too close to the other hotels. Facing the sea, small site. Tiny pool but private beach to swim and enjoy to see the sunrise. Food OK. And next door a very good restaurant for diner on a beautiful terrace.

Our room, double but too small for 3 people (smaller than others same floor) , not confortable, beds next to walls, Windows above our heads (not closed properly, fixed with tape).

The hotel is lovely to walk around and the setting is beautiful.

Our room was very basic, the shower didn’t work, no fridge. The restaurant was only open between 10-4pm which didn’t work for us…we needed to eat elsewhere. The pool is not a pool but a cold hot tub.I regret paying all the money to stay there…
