Check in from 15:00 meant I had to come back from the City to check in

Location is convenient

So noisy

I liked the location, was close to a lot of shops. The kitchen was handy for cooking small meals. Bed and tv was ok. Nicely made bed when we went into the property.

Unfortunately the shower didn't work properly. The temperature on the shower was like boiling hot water. We was left with out a shower when the switch for it stopped working. The toilet also constantly breaking down with the button getting jammed, had to refill the toilet constantly. A lot of small noticeable cracks around especially on the shower floor. Was cosy but with the struggle of a none working shower and a faulty toilet, it was a bit frustrating.

The mattress was comfortable, it was easy to get to the place and was close to shops, a pub and bus stops. There was a smart tv in the bedroom. There were bins provided and a mat outside the shower. No fee for early departure, due to personal reasons we had to leave the day before intended.

The room was poorly maintained, the shower was missing a door, the towels were stained pink as if someone had dyed their hair and the towels weren't changed over. There was a crack through the wall, the toilet seat did not fit properly, and the table was cracked. There were no staff around and we didn't realise until after it was a self serve sort of place so I couldn't even ask for a replacement towel or a bigger towel. The ones provided just about fit around you. We had to pay more for a private bathroom. The sink is too small for the wall tap so water goes over the other side.

No tv singal. And maybe worth tv being on other wall. As when sat in bed. Was on wrong wall Toilet. Broken when sat on it.
