Lovely & clean. Good communication with the hosts.

Mattress was a little uncomfortable but it did us for the night.

The ease of parking. The ensuite bathroom. Location. Nice and clean. Soft sheets

No curtains. TV in wrong place above the window too small. Smell of sewage from the bathroom.

When we arrived, the room had bird poo in many places on the floor, had not been hoovered or swept and there were toe nail clippings on the floor. We asked who I assume was the owner, who we never met, to send a cleaner round. They sent one over with no apology. When we came back, the room smelt so strongly of chemicals I assumed they'd cleaned it properly. The next day we noticed there was still bird poo, toenails and the shower mat smelt like cigarettes when wet so we thought f**k this and went to stay with a relative for the second night. Travelling from the south for a funeral this was the last thing I wanted to deal with My advice would be to bin the shower and toilet mats if you're not going to wash them. Hire a professional cleaner. Clean your towels properly as they smelt like food too

Rooms are spacious and got details about room at time.. Its a 5/5 stay.. Host is friendly

The room smelled of cigarette smoke the whole time.. The bed springs could be felt easily and therefore made it a difficult sleep.

Was value for money. Comfy room for a very cheap price
