i missed my flight and worried id have problems with arriving late at the marlborough house. but the staff immediatelly responded with additional information and everything was smooth. thank you so much!

Room was nice and clean, shops close by. Easy to get uber into town. Good communication

The front of the place didn't look like the real deal thought was a joke booking but it's lovely inside. Arrived at 340 at this point still no text about instructions how to enter the property then when we did the room wasn't ready, cleaner still in there.

"It wasent a nice stay my partner was in really bad pain being disabled, the view was nice and the bed was made nicely ho"

Not a lot the bed was made okay, however the room was disgusting there were used socks in the cupboard and the tv was shockingly not working proper I’d like money back on this stay as my partner is disabled.

Just how the bed was made that was it that was the only effort they made.
