The community atmosphere and the staff were really friendly. The bar was great with a fine selection of drinks. The food we eat both nights was really excellent as was the breakfast.

The rooms were a little small.

Very pleasant staff and a very clean room. Loved he view and the food served there was delicious.

A lovely comfortable room. We enjoyed a great meal in the bar. Had a great sleep and woke to the beautiful scenery just outside the window. The hotel closed down in the aftermath of covid and was purchased by the local community. A fantastic place and shows what can be done when a community comes together.

Understand the hotel had been recently taken over by the community and there was evidence of tradesmen doing renovation work, which going by our room was to a very good standard. Our room (1) was a good size, great view of the bay and very clean, very comfortable king size bed and we both slept well. Bar area was a good size and was very busy for diners and a few friendly locals in for a drink and a chat, they are always curious who is visiting the island and where you are from. We ate at the hotel both nights and the food was fabulous and generous portions. The Chef, Lawrence and Peter were very helpful and friendly, and would do anything to help and make our stay enjoyable. We will definitely stay again.

Lovely little B&B in a stunning location. The inn is owned and run by the local community and you can’t help feeling right at home.
