Beautiful location with great pool and restaurant.

Confusing check in as no communication about where to go. Shower was also leaking onto the floor.

"Exceptional"

A wonderful room with shared facilities: the fireplace added a unique touch. The firewood was most appreciated! Indoor pool has excellent views.

The bubble bath did not work at all! The sofa arrangement in the common area makes no sense in the context of groups!

Was a pleasant stay.. The guest relation manager had an exceptional good personality. Staff were friendly and helpful. Food was great. Will definitely stay there again.

"Beautiful setting, beautiful views and Clovelly bungalow rooms are very well set up."

Location is great. Faces beautiful hillside. Hotel has great facilities.

The service for food was slow. There is definitely room for improvement on that front. Given the price, perhaps breakfast could be included in it.

"If only, we wanted the Clovelly but got the soul less modern hotel, very disappointed"

We did not get to stay in the bungalow instead ‘upgraded’ to their soul less corporate hotel. It had zero personality .

The room was spacious however the noise from the bar travelled and people could be heard conversing outside your room .

Staff is super friendly, the bungalow belongs to the golden ridge hotel which provides many excellent facilities. Breakfast and dinner buffet is great.
