Burlington West hotel

The lady that checked us in was really lovely but we didn't know about having to put my number plate in the tablet to register that we was stopping there so had to do it the next morning and the lady that checked us out implied that we may get a fine. Thankfully this didn't happen.

When we arrived it was really late at night and the lady was kind enough to meet us at the door. We arrived in our room I went to the toilet to find an awful brown colour in there which looked like someone had an upset stomach and didn't flush. The noise from outside was really loud and we could hear people walking past our door which had a gap at the bottom, because of this, my son ended up having a huge panic attack in the room to the point that I had to drive him home at 2am and didn't get back to the hotel to pick my belongings up till 7am. Me and daughter checked straight out.

Very basic the staff was really friendly and welcoming I would stay again definitely it is cheap and cheerful and you get what you pay for not the ritz but I don't think the staff would be as helpful at the ritz as they are in the berlington.

Poilte helpful staff close to beach clean room all you need for your stay good breakfast .clean bedding good comfy bed lovely bathroom .

Pillows and duvets could be of a better quality and extra pillows could be left in wardrobe for comfort of guests doors to room require adjustment bathroom door could have lock for privacy curtains or different blinds could be installed due to light on front of hotel interrupting sleep / equipment(tv)remote could be checked more regularly .

Always enjoy the stay staff always happy to help

Was very disappointed with the view we had taken grandson with us and he likes to watch the cars through the window so looking at a brick wall was not ideal

Staff was far better than any other hotel I've stayed in at Blackpool so I would like to say thank you very much for a lovely stay and that you to the staff I would recommend and will be returning again see you all next time Paul and katie 😊
