Bed could have been comfier but not awful

The apartment was very spacious and in a great central location, close to everything. There were plenty of tissues and towels provided, which was very convenient. The owner was helpful and always quick to respond whenever we needed assistance.

We experienced an issue with the water during our stay. While the owner did reach out and explain the procedure, we unfortunately didn’t have enough time to resolve it and ended up having to shower with cold water. The property could benefit from having more mirrors and utensils, and it definitely needs a more thorough cleaning between stays. The communal area was also very dirty, though this seemed to be more of a general issue rather than the fault of the owner.

The location was perfect, and the size of the apartment was big for three people. Nice place to stay.

The outside corridors could do with a good clean

Had a slight problem with the tv but resolved quickly.
