The beds were hardly fit for purpose, the windows absolutely filthy, and the communal area was also very dirty. It was a horrible experience.

Spacious apartment. Clean bedding etc. WiFi was.good.

No parking and poor communal area.

Location and cleanliness was great, communication was great and instructions easy

Not enough pans or a can opener. I brought my own pans.

The flat was nice in terms of layout. Entry was easy and host was excellent communicator.

The location was awful. Noisy neighbours shouting late into the night. The communal areas were disgusting. Brown liquid thrown over the walls, carpets and paintwork filthy. We got there late on our first night and left first thing next morning. Didn’t stay the second night and booked a hotel nearby. Beds were flimsy, sofa had feet missing. Overall, really disappointing and had to double up on costs.

Nice property and good location. Parking tricky but we'd been made aware of the parking restrictions. Door to the apartment was very difficult to lock. Main issue was the duvet cover which was covered in grease stains.

Great communication, clear instructions, and very clean. Good location and quiet.

The communal part of the building is a little tired (being honest), but that is the building management company. The actual apartment is lovely.

Plenty of space and well equipped.

Very cold at first, but ok after heaters were on. TV had a fault with horizontal lines on the screen. The outer door at the front entrance had no lock and was swinging open, the apartment itself was secure.
