Birmingham City Centre 2-Bed with Private Balcony

Nothing about the property was acceptable

The home was dirty with damp washing in the washer. The doors did not close properly internally. The bath had no plug. The shower in the bedroom smelled of damp and mould. You have to drive around the car park to locate a car with a key pad in, not easy to find. We could not stay the night. When booking.com contacted the host they did not interact or offer any refund for not being able to stay in an unacceptable property.

Second time staying in these apartments and I couldn’t be happier, the host is amazing! I will definitely keep coming back ◡̈

Good apartment with a nice little balcony. It was clean and tidy with all necessary facilities and ample space. 2 bathrooms which is a plus.

Good communication and near to local facilities

The kitchen wasn't very well equipped. No plates .

Location good ,walked onto the center twice

Communal areas dissapointing, Half a toilet roll for two loos

Really comfortable stay, nice modern flat. Big TV, enough room for us all to sit in the living area. Good facilities.

The way we got the keys felt a little sketchy, we had to go through a car park and find a lock box and when we got to the flats the building it was in was very rough and the layout was weird. The flat itself was great tho..

It was just a bit tired, was damaged or missing and it wasn’t really as clean as I would expect.

Comfier mattress on the double bed, maybe more utensils and pots and pans in the kitchen. Freeview tv would be good nit everyone are on streaming platforms.
