We arrived at the allotted check in time time only to be told we needed to leave immediately. The hosts or booking.com had apparently double booked the accommodation. The hosts were rude and threatening. I would not recommend this place at all.

Location.

Not exactly as advertised. Swimming pool is a 10-minute walk away! Main bedroom was had not been cleaned. On the sheets we found long black hairs, dirty marks, dirt and make up stains. The sheets were wrinkled as if someone had just slept there. The on-suite had not been cleaned. There were hairs in the sink and on the soap. The soap was obviously not changed between guests. The management was contacted and insisted that the cleaner had been in to clean. It was noted that the apartment had not been let for a couple of days leading me to believe it was used by a non-paying guest. We were directed to closet that housed the boiler to find clean sheets to change the bed ourselves. The contents of the closet looked like piles of dirty washing. The manager relocated us to another apartment sometime after midnight We did not get any rest until after 02;00. The second apartment was okay but the whole block was rundown and the common areas are quite dirty and poorly maintained. It should be noted that this is not a hotel complex but a private inner city residential area that was probably once quite nice to live in. I am originally from Birmingham and won't be making any plans to stay here again. Both apartments advertised Wi-Fi but the codes and passwords did not work. I asked for a refund, but I am not expecting any response. I have and sent photos of the issues reported to the manager.

Nice apartment to be fair. .You walk out of building u got everything thing there .kids entertainment, pizza. Chicken, shop .not far from city center

Dubble bed it gone out of life .very uncomfortable to sleep on . Everry time u move it make a noice if u put new mattress on if will be great.

The place it self is amazing, Host was friendly when I rang to ask for help, Location was good! Comfy beds, balcony and view immaculate. Definitely would stay here again

Instructions to find key and place could be made a little easier, but eventually got there in the end.

Window in main bedroom doesn’t seal properly and the road noise is excessive resulting in poor sleep. Cleanliness poor (dirty towel left in bathroom, dust on furniture etc), kitchen facilities very poor (only a few utensils / crockery and not enough for 4 people). Curtains hang down over electric heaters in bedroom being a serious fire hazard.!! Clearly No Fire Risk Assesment as also only one smoke alarm throughout whole property, no emergency lighting and doesn’t even come close to meeting current fire regs (Oct 23) for a short term let property. The property seriously needs some TLC Communal area also grimy Very strange check in / out procedure to obtain key. Host hasn’t acted on previous reviews / issues and seems to be defensive in their reply to guests reviews.

Good location, great value, single beds could be more comfortable . Staff were helpful and responsive via what's app or messages . Nice lounge
