Birmingham City Centre 2-Bed with Private Balcony

So lovely to use the pool st Nuffield and loved inner city Birmingham, the canals, library and shopping. People friendly and helpful in around city it seemed. Flat was OK, offered a place to meet friends and acted as a base. Not really a home from home, but was safe, quite quiet and warm. Lots of piping, hot eater forc5 guests.

It all could have been cleaner tbh. Floors were clean, but not convinced re bedding and maybe get rid of the grey, off white towel in bathroom, cig butt's on balcony, broken garden chair and neighbours moving weed on balconies. However, tbh for the price, overall, not a bad place to base yourself for a w end in Birmingham.

The inside of property was very clean smell very sweet.

The communal area carpet very dirty the lift needs better lighting.

Property was as per the photos and was clean. We booked late and they were quick to deal with the late book and even attended to make sure everything was ok and prepared a second room within 1 hour we had out keys they were brilliant people more than happy to help and nothing was too much to ask. Would fully recommend to anyone that was staying in the area and have saved as a favourite on my booking.com account

Double bed was uncomfortable mattress. The kitchen needs more utensils for families to cook properly

Nothing. PLEASE Don’t stay here it is a scam. Felt unsafe choose to leave!

We arrived there was rubbish everywhere in the hallways and discarded toilet outside someone’s room. It’s stank we felt so unsafe we didn’t stay the night.
