Birmingham City Centre 2-Bed with Private Balcony

Double bed was uncomfortable mattress. The kitchen needs more utensils for families to cook properly

Me & a small group of friends stayed here Saturday for my 30th birthday, the location of the property was brilliant and close to where we wanted to go, it was clean, very modern & excellent value for money. Host sent directions for the property which was extremely helpful too.

Lovely interior, and access to netflix great.

Bedsheets were not clean. It was way too hot, and no fan or air con. Also the neighbours underneath were singing karaoke until we left this morning. The pictures were nothing like the reality. The pool was in a gym across the road for an extra charge, my son who is 12, 5ft5 and can swim wasn't allowed to go in by himself and only at a certain time of day. The room was situated outside like a motel complex. Did not feel very safe. Definately would not stay again

Do not stay at this property! I suffer with anxiety and don’t travel often. My partner encouraged me to visit Birmingham for the night and do some shopping for his birthday weekend. All night there was loud noises all across the corridor which is an outside corridor which makes it more scary, someone tried to enter our room which caused me to have an anxiety attack. The bed was unimaginably uncomfortable, I’ve never experienced anything like it it was like it was collected from the skip. I had to move the 2 single beds into the double room as them mattress were ok but the double mattress was something else. Reported all this to booking.com who are refusing to compensate me due to the host rejected it. Booking.com are useless so do not trust them to make bookings as they clearly don’t care about their customers. I have a 2k booking for next month which I will be cancelling with booking.com. Had the worse night of my life I did not sleep at all, was up all night with chest pains and anxiety due to all the weird noises which ended at 5 in the morning and I had to check out at 11, then had to drive home which was a 2 hour drive. Honestly worse experience do not book at this property.

The apartment was well presented and in the exact place we needed. It mostly had good facilities. Shower was good. Good views and enjoyed the balcony in the heat

The mattress on the double bed was bad and you could feel every spring - needs replacing. No plugs in the sinks so made it hard to wash up.

I would 100000 percent stay here again everything was perfect and the lady who help me check in was helpful I would recommend staying here to anyone

The double bed was not fit for purpose; it should have been renewed decades ago. The springs were sticking out, hollow where others had slept, a shocking sight and very uncomfortable. The Shower Screen over the bath was broken and again not fit for purpose No batteries in the remote WIFI not working
