Excellent accueil avec une petite aide pour les bagages à l’arrivée ça c’est vraiment le plus très sympathique et l’impression de documents à la demande

Malgré le nom sympathique de suite présidentielle, je pense qu’ils se sont tous abstenus de venir, car le lit d’appoint était épouvantable au niveau du dos.

Everything. The front office staff is world class! Daniella, Areli, and Henry are just amazing. They gave us directions, saved money on our casa tortuga Cenote tour, helped our kids. They have 2 cute cats that stay away from you. But our kids loved playing with them. Pool is fantastic- has a jungle vibe. The location is amazing, OXO next door, 711 across the street, 2 supermarkets right across the street.

La amabilidad y profesionalidad de las personas que trabajan allí es lo mejor, pero además estaba encantada con mi habitación y la piscina entre palmeras. Siempre había alguien en recepción, que facilita mucho las cosas, y además de tener súper y farmacia cerca hay restaurantes y bares a pocos. Se va a todo a pie y para las ruinas y cenotes hay transporte en la calle de al lado.

The location is super convenient, it's close to two big supermarkets, there are taco stands across the street that are really cheap. Colectivos go to cenotes and the beach right passes the hotel. The owner was super helpful, the room was clean and quiet.

The lights in the room were too bright but we just turned on the bathroom lights instead
