The location and views from the rooms are unmatched, there are no other hotels in the vicinity either. This is the primary reason for people to come to this place despite the horror stories on service quality that we heard from multiple locals and then experienced first hand. We had a non-refundable booking so we couldn't cancel anyway. But would we have cancelled if we had the choice? Probably no. but it's very very close. The location and views just about outweigh the poor service and staff behaviour I've highlighted below in the "What didn't you like" section.

I'll keep this objective and substantiated with specific instances so that you have a good sense of what you're in for and can take an informed decision. 1. Room - Decently furnished, good sized room and washroom. No kettle or tea / coffee bar in the room itself, which you would expect from a hotel positioning itself as a premium hotel and charging premium rates. The room also didn't have any drinking water, you're supposed to go down and fill up your bottles from a dispenser which was out of water half the time. The room didn't have its own water heater as that seemed to be centralized. But there was no hot water available on at least one of the two days we stayed there. 2. Breakfast - This is quite a mess. The hotel doesn't have its own restaurants but tied up with a chain called Sandyq which is actually a chain of premium restaurants. The problem is that the Sandyq staff don't give a hoot about the hotel guests. The hotel told us that breakfast is from 8 to 10 and we went to the restaurant at 9:15. Half the buffet was over by then and the staff kept us waiting for half an hour saying they will replenish it soon but they never did. When we complained after waiting for half an hour, they said that they had limited quantities and guests who came before us finished off the buffet. They further hinted that Asian guests (they meant Chinese guests) took a lot of food meant for breakfast and packed it for later meals. Perhaps true, but we told them that if the advertised time for breakfast is 8 to 10 am then breakfast needs to be available till that time. They had also run out of glasses by 9:15 and guests were told to take their juices in bowls. They were also out of spoons and forks, with most people having to eat with small teaspoons. The restaurant also served only expresso or anericano for coffee, no milk included. If you wanted a cappuccino or latte, you need to pay for it.

We are disappointed with our stay at Pana Unique. During our stay we faced several issues including: • No drinking water provided in the room. • Difficulty obtaining basic items such as plates and glasses. • Most guest requests were declined without any attempt to assist. • Additional charges for cappuccino and milk tea despite breakfast being included. • Excessive waiting times for transport between parking and the property, affecting our travel plans. • Concerns regarding the safety of the transportation service. These issues significantly impacted our experience and did not meet the level of service we expected based on the booking information and tariff paid.

ОЧЕНЬ КРАСИВО! Берите домик или глэмпинг. Там чисто, уютно, красиво. Стандартные номера далеко не такие комфортные. Окна в бетонную стену, душно, слышимость как кто-то чихает на весь дом. Ресторан с очень красивым видом. Пешком можно дойти до нижнего озера, есть пешеходные тропы. Если будете общаться с объектом размещения - звоните на ресепшен сразу. По вотсапу отвечает колл центр стандартными скриптами, мало чем поможет. Персонал поможет организовать трансфер от Саты, даст номера местных водителей

Путь от ресторана до жилья - по крутой лестнице. Пожилым людям будет очень трудно. Персонал можно ждать на ресепшен по 15-20 минут. Стандартные номера - совсем не как красивые домики на фото. В ресторане ограниченный выбор, часто чего-то нет в наличии. Алкоголя нет.

Room is small

The quality of the beds and the good working of the shower. Staff are friendly and helpful. Beautiful view on the lake. Breakfast good but the restaurant is a long walk down the stairs on the mountain and then back up!

We personally felt the room a bit overpriced. There was no furniture in our room, besides the beds and the bed tables. No extra amenities like for example tissues or coffee maker, or a simple extra chair. Not very soundproof either; luckily once everyone is asleep, it is extremely quiet. The room and bathroom showed some construction issues (cracks).
