Great view of the kolsay lake

No drinking water inside the hotel room, there's a smell inside the bathroom. No at least split AC. We need to open the window but we are afraid to keep it open as there might be mosquitos or snakes.

The facilities a bit to high in price and the don’t accept visa.

Only the view was good other than that nothing

Our experience at the hotel was really disappointing. The route to the hotel was difficult to navigate so they sent us shuttle to move us, and when we finally reached our room, it was just average. The toilet drainage was blocked, so we had to call someone to fix it. The staff told us the internet wasn’t paid for by the hotel, so there was no Wi-Fi in our room. They moved us to another room closer to the admin area to get a connection, but it was dirty and had leftover items from the previous guest. It was clear the room hadn’t been cleaned properly. They didn’t even provide water in the room. When we asked for some, the staff member told us to buy it from the restaurant or use the cooler in the hallway if we wanted water. We went to the restaurant to have dinner and get the Wi-Fi password,but it didn’t work. I went back to tell the waiter, and he said there was no internet at all. I don’t understand why he even gave us the password if the connection wasn’t working. We came mainly for the view, hoping for good facilities and service, but we really regretted booking at Pana Kolsay. It was the worst experience ever. I attached one photo from the previous guest left over.

The location of the property was amazing right in front of the lake. The view from the room was good. We visited the place when it just started to snow, and the change in the view was very good.

The check in experince was not good where we had to wait for a long time. the approach to the rooms was external which made it difficult to get to the room in heavy snowfall. The room did not have glass to drink water, when asked for it, we were given bowls to drink water and was justified by the manager (who uses bowls to drink water in the whole world) The hotel was not prepared to support customers with heavy snow as the walk to the restaurent from rooms was a long walk in heavy snow.

Понравилось практически всё. Я почти отменил поездку в этот отель из-за отзывов, которые тут прочитал. И вместо этого места спал бы в Саты в домиках за железным забором. Наверное всё-таки интереснее увидеть из окна озеро Колсай с высоты, чем хлев с коровами? Ох, итак чего я боялся, прочитав другие отзывы: 1) "ждали 40 минут трансфер" - конечно ждали, потому что пишут 3 раза пишите за 40 минут, что вас надо забрать. Знаете почему? Потому что машине ехать 40 минут. Все кто долго ждал, просто это проигнорировали 2) "тут лестница и надо подниматься и спускаться" - да, лестница, а как вы хотели, чтобы было в гостинице в заповеднике над озером в горном регионе? Как в Турции что ли? Лестницы все удобные, деревянные с подсветкой. 3) "Грязно и воняет из ванной", я не знаю насколько нужно обладать нюхом собаки, чтобы что-то учуять. Тут чистота! Полы с подогревом, большие кровати. 4) "На завтраке мне долго несли" - без комментариев, просто откройте в интернете ресторан Тары, это отличное место, их сеть, такой же есть в Чарынском каньоне. Быстро, красиво, классная подача. Вот я вообще не понял, что тут может не понравится? Конечно если вы до этого отдыхали в Дубае в Парусе, наверное у вас будут вопросы. Но тогда что вы тут забыли? Плюсы: вид, чистота, ресторан, персонал.
