Место расположение, вид из окна 10 из 10!! (Но посидеть на балкончике наслаждаясь не получится), комната чистая, кровати большие, матрасы удобные, постель белая и чистая, завтрак прекрасный

Ужасная вонь с улицы дизеля или горелого, едкого запаха, не возможно открыть окно и подышать свежи воздухом! Приехать так далеко и взобраться так высоко, и не подышать свежим воздухом - это просто ужасно! Ремонт!!!! Убежать из городского шума и приехать слушать как дрелят бесконечно за стенкой(( это конечно издевательство! Не работает wifi, нет связи и так и не смогли сделать((

เป็นโรงแรมที่ตั้งอยู่บนเขาด้านหน้าเป็นทะเลสาบ วิวสวยมาก ห้องพักมองเห็นวิวทะเลสาบได้ชัดเจน ร้านอาหาร และอาหารเช้าต้องเดินลงไปด้านล่างซึ่งค่อนข้างไกล แต่ก็ดีได้ออกกำลังกายแต่ ผู้สูงอายุอาจลำบากหน่อย อาหารเช้าสดใหม่แต่น้อยไปนิด

1) รถที่จะมารับ เลตไป 1 ชั่วโมง รับปากแล้วผิดนัด โทรตามไปหลายรอบมากๆก็รับปากไปเรื่อย 2) เมื่อรถโรงแรมมารับช้าทำให้เราพลาดการทานอาหารเย็นไปทำให้ทุกคนต้องอดอาหาร 3)พนักงานต้อนรับแจ้งว่าร้านอาหารยังเปิด แต่พอไปถึงทั้งที่ยังไม่ถึงเวลาlast order แต่พนักงานร้านปิดร้านแล้ว 4)อาหารเช้าไม่ใช่บุฟเฟ่อย่างที่โฆษณาเวลาทานอาหารคือ 8-10โมง แต่อาหารหมดก่อน10โมง โรงแรมไม่เติมแล้ว เอาเปรียบลูกค้ามากๆ ตอนไปถึง8โมงอาหารก็ยังไม่พร้อมด้วย แย่มาก 5) พนักงานโรงแรมมาแย่งอาหารเช้าลูกค้า ทั้งที่ลูกค้ายังกินอยู่ก็มาแย่งตักอาหารใส่กล่องกลับไปทานเอง 6) พนักงานหลายคนพูดภาษาอังกฤษได้แต่พอเดินไปสอบถามกลับไล่ลูกค้า ใครคิดจะไปพักก็ให้คิดดีๆว่าราคาที่จ่ายไปกับบริการแบบนี้คุ้มค่าหรือไม่ บริการที่แย่จนไม่รู้ว่าเรียกตัวเองว่าโรงแรมได้อย่างไร โรงแรมนี้ราคาแพงมาก วิวสวย แต่บริการแย่มาก ฉันไปเที่ยวมาหลายประเทศไม่เคยพบเจอการบริการที่แย่ขนาดนี้มาก่อน Beautiful views, but the service is extremely disappointing. 1) The hotel pickup was 1 hour late. They confirmed the time but did not show up as promised. We had to call multiple times, and they just kept giving empty reassurances. 2) Because the pickup was delayed, we missed dinner completely and everyone had to go without food. 3) The front desk told us the restaurant was still open, but when we got there—before the last order time—it was already closed. 4) Breakfast was advertised as a buffet from 8:00–10:00 AM, but it was not as promised. Food was not even ready at 8:00, and before 10:00 everything was gone with no refills. This feels very unfair to guests. 5) The worst part: hotel staff were taking food from the breakfast area for themselves while guests were still eating—literally taking food and putting it into containers. 6) Many staff members can speak English, but when we approached them for help, they were rude and even dismissed us. Overall, this hotel is very expensive with beautiful views, but terrible service. I have traveled to many countries and have never experienced service this bad before.

There was a kettle in the room, but no cups. Bedside lamps were broken. There was no waste bin in the room, only a small one in the bathroom. The “Tary” restaurant half-way down to the lake is the only opportunity to have a meal. It closes at 8 pm, the service is very poor, the menu is very limited and some dishes may not be available at the time of order. Breakfast is from 8 am to 10 am. I was coming at 9 am and the open buffet was almost empty. It took the staff 10-15 minutes to replenish it and it was done dish by dish. By the time you get vegetables and bread your scramble will be cold. By the way, scramble, boiled eggs, and porridge at the open buffet are not heated, so if you don’t come to eat at 8, you’ll have to eat cold food. The staircase from the hotel to the restaurant and then further down to the lake is quite long and steep; may not be suitable for some elderly guests.
